RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In case the Client should not feel satisfied with the purchase, the item can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, without stating reason in a written form by sending a written withdrawal of the contractual statement through the Customer Orders section in your Private Area.
The written withdrawal communication must specify the items code the Client wants to return and the desired compensation, change item or refund.
The withdrawal deadline begins from the moment the customer or a third party acquires the possession of the items. The return must be made no later than 14 days from the date of communication of withdrawal intention.
To comply with the withdrawal time limit of 14 days, it's sufficient to send the withdrawal or the items in time.
GENERAL TERMS OF RETURN
The items must be accompanied by their original invoice.
The surface of the leather as well as the sterling silver, must be in perfect condition without scratches or damages of any kind.
The items must be unused, not washed or altered and must not show any sign of use.
Each item must be returned free of any damage in the original box, undamaged and including all of its original content as, documents, dust bag, certificates etc.
The Client needs to account for any diminished value of the articles, when such diminished value is due to a inappropriate handling of the articles.
Return shipping charges are excluded from refund, return shipping charges remain on Client expense.
FIOREMANCINI will not accept returned items which do not comply with the terms and conditions of this statement.
REFUND
In case of valid revocation within the prescribed time period, FIOREMANCINI will refund the total amount, excluding shipping charges within 30 days from receiving the returned goods at our storage.
For refund we will use the same method of payment, made at the purchase. Refund is free.
In the event of effective withdrawal, the payments and services received by both parties are to be given back and any profits or benefits derived (e.g. Interest) returned.
If the recipient of the item indicated in the order is different from the person who paid, the refund will be made to the person that made the payment.
The customer will be refunded with the total amount paid at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs
FIOREMANCINI will not accept returned items which do not comply with the terms and conditions of this statement.

FREE STANDARD SHIPMENTS ARE CARRIED THROUGH DHL COURIER
All DHL-Standard shipments are free for private clients.
Express shipments are made via UPS courier.
All shipments are accompanied by their official invoice stating the value of items in Euros.
All shipments are insured.
FIOREMANCINI sends orders from Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 16.30.
Your order will be processed by us within 24 hours working days and sent as soon as possible upon receipt of payment.
Any additional shipping costs will be shown during order execution. If the package at delivery show visibly defect, FIOREMANCINI asks its Clients to open the parcel in the presence of the carrier to check the status of the items. DELIVERY

DELIVERY TO USA
In order to receive imported goods, the customs authority of the U.S. government requires a Social Security Number or NON U.S. Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number -. If the consignment does not receive the required custom permissions, the goods could be sent back to Germany on the expense of the customer and the rates of re-importation deducted from any refund.
FIOREMANCINI is not liable in the event of delays caused by customs inspections and operations, or force majeure.

This contract is written in German and translated into the following languages: Italian, English.
